"Brian/Sue,
I have owned my Pursuit since 2006 and kept it at RRM boat hotel rack.
I wanted to say i really appreciate the extra help and service your sons and other workers provided me throughout the years and in particular this year.
On several occasions I have asked to get my boat pulled down either early or late, asked to have it moved around, and have asked for occasional troubelshooting advice on the fly. Your boys and employees (and you) have always provided can-do service sometimes beyond the scope of the contracted marina services.
In particular several times I have asked for ad-hoc help needing tools or looking into problems on short notice, and have always gotten assistance - such as putting my boat on work racks after hours, dropping everything and helping me with a stuck ladder, helping me look into ignition issues, without requiring work orders or reading me policy.
Really appreciate the help on occasion, I feel good about recommending RRM to anyone inquiring about marina services.

"You have a good, friendly, efficient parts man in Vern. He helped me with two Honda fuel fittings that, I'm pleased to say, actually fit. The price was rather high ($25 ea; similar parts at W/M are $10 but then they don't fit). But, I am back sailing again, thanks to good old boy, Vern. Okey-Doakie, Vern?"

"Had my Mechanic pull the bottom unit and replace the impeller and rebuild the water pump. Was having sporadic overheating warning buzzer sounding. Might buzz once in 1 hr. running or 5 mins. running it might buzz once after another. Mechanic found that the center hub of the impeller had broken loose and would spin freely some and catch and drive the impeller sometimes. Went out all day trolling and running down the bay and, no buzzer my Yamaha 250 Saltwater 066 did great. What a relief. Mechanic came from Ocean City and did a great job, very reasonable. He works out of Rhode River Boat Sales and Dave Wade is his name (410) 213-9121. I have used him twice this year. Both times he came from Ocean City and was there a couple of days after me calling him, did a great job and saved me money. Give him a call if you want a professional to do the job right the first time... "

"My wife and I were transients at White Marlin Marina in Ocean City when we experienced a leaking fuel pump on our starboard engine. Curly, the dock master suggested I give Dave Wade at Rhode River Boats a call at (410) 213-9121. Dave took the information on my engine and pumps over the phone, looked up the appropriate gaskets to go with it, had the parts sent overnight in the mail and installed them. We were back running in 24 hours so we could continue our cruise. Fast, efficient, and competitively priced service. If you have your boat in Ocean City or you are travling to Ocean City for vacation and have a problem with your boat these are the people you want working for you."

"Rhode River is a top-notch marina with a great location and excellent service department. The bay is minutes away, and the Rhode River is perfect for recreation, too.
