"Fantastic experience! I expected buying a boat nearly 300 miles away would present some challenges. I was completely wrong. Kellie was amazing from beginning to end! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I received prompt responses to all my questions and she always made me feel at ease. The previous owner forgot to include a cushion on the boat and she offered to track it down and ship it to me... after the sale! Amazing experience and the best part was I got a great deal. I would definitely do business with Rhode River and Kellie again!"

"After 17+ years of owning the same vessel it was time for the bottom to be soda blasted and refinished. Having observed the boat next to mine the prior year have the same service and watching Norman work his magic enticed me to have the RRM perform the work. To say the work was first class doesn't say enough. The attention to detail which Normal provided was excellent. Pricing for this type of work could easily have been double what Rhode River Marina provided but it wasn't. On top of the overall experience the results on the water were more than I ever expected. At cruise RPM's we easily picked up 2-3 knots and I'm sure the fuel economy will improve as well once measured. "

"5pm on Friday of Mem day weekend. I called Brian on his cell phone. His son, Michael, took a quick look at my boat and said he'd need to pull it to pull the drive cause the issue was back there (One engine was stuck in reverse). He also said, "If you can get your boat here, I'll get it fixed tonight". 7pm, I am pulling into their marina on one engine and I see both father and son, lowering the lift sling in the water waving me in. He took my boat right up on shore & began working. Found the issue to be the shift cable had been rubbing on the coupler. Brian came back a bit later from the office and said, we originally replaced those two years ago when we serviced your boat. We did not run them correctly and we'll take care of it. He didn't have to do that, but he stood by his work and knew it was the right thing to do. He also made sure his son checked out the other drive as well. The next two hours, I stood there and handed a tool once in a while to the father/son team. By 9pm, I got in the boat, they lowered me in the water and got to see the very last bit of sunlight as I cruised back to my marina! This was above & beyond any service I could ever expect! Kudos to Brian and his son Michael! Talk about a class act!!! I will never take the boat anywhere else! "

"Purchased a used Pursuit a couple years ago from a different dealer and brought the boat to Rhode River for service. Brian did the repower, stripped and repainted the bottom, detailed the top, and rewired the boat. He was so great, I will be returning this winter for winter services and storage. Recommend."

"I have kept my boat on a dry-rack at Rhode River Marina for over 4 years and have enjoyed the experience. Last night at approximately 830pm after a fun day on the water, I returned to my car to find that I had left the accessories switch in my car in the 'on" position and my battery was completely discharged. I was unsuccessful in locating a pair of jumper cables from other boaters. ( I had left mine at home) Fortunately, I was able to find Brian and he was able to get me started using a portable jumper device. This "going the extra mile" level of service is why I will continue to recommend RRM to anyone looking for a clean, safe and well run marina facility. Many thanks to Brian and to his entire staff!!! "Brian and his staff did an excellent job in fixing my outboard engine. He continued to update me on the work that was being done and let me know how long it would take. He came in just under his estimate as well. A very professional job done at a very fair price. He also took the boat out with me as a sea trial to make sure I was happy and everything was working perfectly. He has a customer for life and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. "We recently joined the Rhode River Marina and had our first interaction with the staff, Brian in particular. Not only did he make it simple to join up and get our boat taken care of, he went above and beyond when we lost the keys to our vehicle. "I was very skeptical of taking my boat to a Marina to get worked on considering the prices of most Marinas. Well, I was very impressed by the amount information that was provided to me by Brian. Most people become hard to contact once you have committed to a repair being done. I was given status reports and price outlooks which always makes the process a little better. Further more the infomation provided to help me be a "Better" boat owner was insurmountable. My boat is now running like the first day I boat it and I've found a repair shop that's dependable. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!"
